Due to the bespoke nature of our gates, we cannot offer a refund. For that same reason, we cannot process a cancellation on an order for a bespoke product if it is already in production.

All products remain the property of 2C Metal Design until the total balance is paid in full.

All of our lead times for completion are estimated and can be subject to change at any time.

All deposits are non refundable after a 14 day cancellation period has expired. This cancellation period begins on the date of a deposit being paid.

All of our products are bespoke and once in production are not subject to our cancellation policy.

All galvanised products may come with a rough finish, this will be kept to a minimum.

A 25% deposit will be required on all orders before they are scheduled into production.

Final payment is upon completion of the order.

BACs transfers must be cleared the day before completion.

Warranty

Our 10 year warranty includes metal gates, composite gates and railings, all other items are supplied with a 1 year guarantee from the day of purchase.

The 10 year workmanship guarantee on all metal products we offer covers the work of the manufacturing process and the structural integrity of the welding performed on the metal gates.
